Azithromycin (Pack of 6)
Azithromycin is a common antibiotic often used when someone has a penicillin allergy. Frequently used to treat respiratory infections, ear and throat infections, infectious diarrhea, some sexually transmitted diseases, and typhoid fever.
Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
Ciprofloxacin
Cipro can be used to treat a variety of ailments like urinary tract infections, kidney infections, prostatitis, bone and joint infections, infectious diarrhea, intra-abdominal infections, bioterrorism infections (like anthrax and plague), typhoid fever, meningitis, and more.
Lyme Disease | Skin Infections
Doxycycline
Doxy is a common antibiotic that can be used to treat many conditions including skin and soft tissue infections, ear and sinus infections, pneumonia, bioterrorism infections (like anthrax, plague, and tularemia), malaria, lyme disease and more. This antibiotic has been shown to treat MRSA, or methyl-resistant staph aureus.
Bacterial Vaginosis | Giardia
Metronidazole
Metronidazole can be used for a number of conditions including amoebas, skin infections, intra-abdominal infections, C. diff diarrhea, tetanus, and sexually transmitted diseases.
Ivermectin
3 mg (20-40 tablets)
Anti-parasite
Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic medication. Enough to treat parasitic infections such as scabies.
Fluconazole
150 mg (4 tablets)
Vaginal Candidiasis
Fluconazole is an anti-fungal agent and is typically used to treat infections such as vaginal yeast infections. It is also known by its brand name Diflucan in the United States and Canada.
Ondansetron
4 mg (21 capsules)
Nausea/Vomiting
Ondansetron is an antiemetic. It is used to treat nausea and vomiting. It is also known by the brand name Zofran in the United States and Canada.
Albuterol HFA
90mcg 18gm (RX)
Asthma Exacerbation | Bronchospasm | Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Exacerbation
Albuterol is a bronchodilator medication. It is an inhaled medication that works by relaxing muscles in the airways which increases air flow to the lungs.
Acetazolamide

Acute Altitude Sickness | Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma
Acetazolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor medication. This medication is often used in mountaineering or other high altitude endeavors.
Valacyclovir (RX)

Valacyclovir is an antiviral medication.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a call from the physician?
Depends on your state. Some states require a live encounter with the physician. In those cases you will receive a call from the physician. Otherwise, you will only receive a call if the physician has unanswered questions regarding your current medications or allergies.
I didn’t receive my tracking number?

Do you accept HSA cards?
You should be able to use your HSA card. Ultimately, it will depend on your insurance and we encourage checking with them before attempting to use your card. Some have very particular requirements, specifically an itemized cost break down of each medication which we cannot provide.
What if I have an allergy to one of the antibiotics?
We leave it up to the consulting physician to make a substitution if there are allergies. There is almost always a substitution that can be made. You MUST notate any allergies on your submission form. We cannot make substitutions once the order is placed.
How long can the antibiotics be stored?
The FDA requires pharmacies to put an expiration date of 1 year on prescriptions. Most antibiotics will come with an expiration date between 2 and 3 years from the date of manufacture. To maximize the shelf-life of your medications they should be stored in air-tight containers in a cool, dry environment.
Under proper storage conditions antibiotics, expiration dates can be extended for a minimum of an additional 5 years.
Studies have even shown 90% retained potency after as many as 20 years.
